Sunrise Guest house is accessed via a level pathway from the public pavement in front of the building then by a double french door, enabling access by wheelchairs and baby buggies. There is a small step into the house (50mm).

We have a ground floor double en-suite room (room 1) available for guests who find stairs difficult but the room is not suitable for guests who have to use a wheelchair whilst in the room, although it is wheelchair accessible.

The guest lounge & dining room are on the ground floor and have wide doors (29″). Access is available to the house at all times; this includes the guest lounge.

There are 4 rooms, including a single on the first floor (18 stairs) and 2 further rooms on the second floor (32 stairs). These are only accessible via the flights of stairs.

All main bedrooms are carpeted with either lino or tiled flooring in the en suites. Showers in rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 have a 3” to 4” step up that need to be crossed in order to enter the shower enclosure. Rooms 1 and 4 have a step of approximately 2” from the bedroom into the en-suite. Room 7 has a corner bath that can only be accessed by stepping over the side of the bath (approx 23”).
